3. SMS & RCS opt-in data
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile opt-in information or mobile phone numbers collected through our SMS/RCS program to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely by Casa Celeste to send you the messages you've opted in to receive.
Mobile information may be shared with subprocessors who help us deliver the Service — such as our messaging platform provider — solely for the purpose of sending your messages. These subprocessors are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
4. How we share information
Aside from the SMS/RCS restriction above, we may share personal information with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as email and SMS delivery, website hosting, and analytics — under agreements that limit their use of your information to providing those services
- Legal and safety purposes, where required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Casa Celeste or others
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your choices
- Text messages: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance.
- Email: Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Access, correction, or deletion: Contact us at hello@thecasaceleste.com to request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to applicable law.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it's no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
